Save your time
This hotel offers a modern design and a great location, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Breakfast had a good variety, yet dinner was disappointing. Staff were friendly, and the bar was a good spot. If comfort is your priority, consider alternative dinner options nearby.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, though everything was awesome. The staff was good and thorough and took care of us. Btw, the airport was 1 km away.
The staff was really bad.

The place is functional, the staff are highly professional and competent.
The hotel is perfectly clean with a very modern design and based in a very cute building. Whatever you need is this a nice size room with a couch, a very comfortable oversized bed, large bathroom...

We had a spacious suite with a comfy sitting area, awesome after hiking. The location was super convenient for exploring.

The location was perfect for our family adventures, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Plus, the included breakfast was a real treat, starting from 5 am, which worked great for us, especially with two boys who wake up early!
In my wife's opinion, the noisy street made it hard for the kids to sleep well at night.

The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably large, has kind staff and great and unbeatable location near the railroad to Ollantaytambo. I greatly enjoyed my room - fairly quiet and bright where the shower looked like a cement box. Venue's breakfast is savoury with cheeses, freshly made-to-order waffles. The hotel provides an excellent service.

The breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed OJ was a highlight, and the staff made us feel like family with their hospitality. The shower drainage issue was frustrating.

Would stay here again
The room was spacious and came with a sofa, tv, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The staff met us at the train station and were super nice. Plus, the location was perfect with many restaurants nearby. A sauna and spa facilities were available too!
